Accordez is a personal finance tracking tool that helps individuals record, monitor, and manage informal loan agreements and bills. It is not a financial institution, lending service, or legal platform.
By creating an account and using Accordez, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Agreements created in Accordez are not legally binding contracts. Accordez is a personal accountability and record-keeping tool only. For legally enforceable agreements, you should consult a qualified legal professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Accordez. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Accordez offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We aim to keep Accordez available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance or updates, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accordez and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including financial losses from reliance on data recorded in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Accordez after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
