Accordez is a personal finance tracking tool that helps individuals record, monitor, and manage informal loan agreements and bills. It is not a financial institution, lending service, or legal platform.
By creating an account and using Accordez, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Agreements created in Accordez are not legally binding contracts. Accordez is a personal accountability and record-keeping tool only. For legally enforceable agreements, you should consult a qualified legal professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Accordez. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Accordez offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Plus and Premium), billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
Upgrades. When you move to a higher plan, you pay the difference immediately: you receive credit for the unused portion of your current plan and are charged for the new plan starting that day, which becomes your new billing date. The exact amount is shown to you before you confirm.
Downgrades. When you move to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to everything you have paid for until then. Unused time is not refunded or credited — you receive the full service you paid for instead. If your new plan's limits are lower than what you already have, everything you created remains fully accessible and functional — you just can't add new items beyond your plan's limits until you upgrade again.
Cancellation. You can cancel any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your paid features remain available for a 7-day grace period while payment is retried. If payment still fails, your account returns to the free tier until payment succeeds. Your data is never deleted because of a failed payment.
Refunds. Because paid features are delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods — except where the law requires otherwise. By subscribing, you expressly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
Purchases through an app store. If you subscribe through the Google Play Store, billing, renewals and refunds are handled under that store's terms and refund policy, which may differ from the above.
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We aim to keep Accordez available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance or updates, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accordez and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including financial losses from reliance on data recorded in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Accordez after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
