Accordez is a personal finance tracking application operated from Brussels, Belgium. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean the Accordez service and its operators.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

All providers processing data outside the EU are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) ensuring GDPR-equivalent protections.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes, retained for 7 years under Belgian law).

Accordez uses minimal cookies for essential functions only:
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never passes through our servers.
Accordez is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
If you believe your data rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) at www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
